How to use:

Add 3.1g (1 scoop) to 300ml of cold water. Shake until mixed and consume immediately. Alternatively add to your favourite shake.

We recommend 1-2 servings per day. Best taken about 30 minutes before training. Scoops are estimate only, weighing scales are recommended.
